Your words produce thought reflections upon a most wonderful time of year: as does the calming influence of reflections upon the water. Lovely blends of green within the photo.
"Whisphers shatter the calm"(Whispers)..i have stated before somewhere that my free proof reading service is reserved for the poetry i read with care and interest..a phrase used here is 'shatter the calm' and the lines in totality go on to generate it..it's so beautiful..thank u...
The photo is so beautiful, Sandy! I admit that I gazed into it quite a while before reading the poetry. 'whispers shatter the calm' reflects my feelings of being part of the beauty of nature. Just so wonderful. Well done!
I love the picture with the poem, how images can become distorted, or shattered by something as small as a whisper, the tiniest breath of wind, and even the word 'whispher' evokes a second look, causing one to pause, to reflect. The picture is stunning.
Absolutely stellar photo! I too was pulled into it. "Whispers shatter the calm" reminds me how the smallest vibration, can unlock a stillness in nature, and in our reflective souls. Thank you.
There's so much in this haiku - the auditory imagery, the lovely lilt of 'water dances in time with dreams and the paradoxical 'Whispers shatter the calm'.
Lovely photo and a great ku. For us, loud screams from children shatter the calm. At a pond we hiked to yesterday -- hoping to get a shot for reflections which I ultimately didn't use -- we shattered any calm within miles.

This is simply lovely. Sitting on the bank in the shade I can hear the whispers.
I love the image. It has a softness. Water certainly does echo spring.

What an exquisite photo! And a beautiful poem to go with it. I love "water dances in time with dreams."
What a gorgeous photo, Sandy and the haiku is stunning! A perfect impression! Thank you for the birthday wishes too Sandy! :D
Your poem lies dancing on the broken images in the reflecting photo. So nice.

Beautiful photo and excellent haiku. They certainly made me pause and reflect.
ahhh, the sentiment so dreamlike and uplifting.great how whispers 'shatter' the calm, sometimes it's calmness is not what we expect it to be. thanks..

Sandy, you never cease to amaze us.

"Water dances" opens up so many additional images for me. Lovely. You could write a series on that theme alone.
always been fasinated by water and it's movement... it is a most enjoyable photo that purrs with yr poem...

i love the quietness of the natures strenght in the photo.
and the words made it so poignnant
A beautiful peaceful photo to set off this wonderful haiku.
The photo stands alone but the haiku brings it to life. Well done.
This feels like a Monet painting rather than a photo ... it's lovely and your Haiku the perfect complement. Thanks for sharing.
Hugs and blessings,
Amazing pic, amazing lines. So tranquil.
